Ordering & Accounts
How do I place an order?
Do I need to open an account before ordering?
How is my account set up?
Your account is set up automatically when you place your first order.
You are welcome to proceed as a guest when ordering, and we will create your account afterward using the information you provide such as your company name, shipping and billing address, contact name, email, and phone number.
There is no application or approval process. Once your first order is in, your account is established and ready for future orders.
Pricing & Discounts
How does pricing work?
Our pricing is structured to give you the best value based on how you order.
We offer built-in price breaks on many products, as well as mix and match discounts on qualifying items. Our system automatically calculates the most cost-effective combination, so you are always receiving the lowest possible price based on your order.
In some cases, bulk pricing on a single item may apply while other items receive mix and match pricing. We take all of this into account and apply whichever pricing structure results in the lowest total cost.
For orders placed outside the website, our team reviews pricing manually and ensures the same logic is applied without needing to be requested.
How does bulk pricing work?
Bulk pricing applies when you order higher quantities of a single SKU, meaning one color and size. As the quantity increases, the price per unit decreases at set break points.
Bulk pricing is always the best value when it is available.
Not all products will have bulk pricing, and the break points can vary depending on the item. Factors such as how commonly the item is ordered in volume and how it is packaged can affect whether bulk pricing is available.
If your order qualifies for a bulk price, it will be applied automatically.
How does mix and match pricing work?
Mix and match pricing allows you to combine different SKUs within a qualifying product line to receive a discount.
This typically means you can order a variety of colors or sizes and still receive a price break, even if you are not ordering a large quantity of a single SKU.
Mix and match discounts are applied automatically when applicable. While they offer flexibility, they are generally a smaller discount than bulk pricing.
Products & Inventory
What kind of goods do you sell?
We sell a wide range of sewing notions and trim components used in both retail and production environments.
This includes items such as buttons, zippers, thread, elastics, trims, findings, hardware, and other garment and craft-related components.
Our product line is built to support both resale and manufacturing, with a focus on practical, high-utility goods that can be purchased in bulk and used across a variety of applications.
What brands are your products?
The majority of our products are offered under our own label or in an unbranded format.
We do carry some recognized brands, but our focus is not on brand names. We do not equate branding with quality, and many of the goods we offer meet the same standards without the added cost that comes with a name.
By keeping much of our line unbranded, we are able to offer consistent quality at a lower price and provide our customers with the highest margin possible.
If you are interested in a specific brand, we are happy to look into sourcing it as an option so you can get the product you want while still working with us for the service and support we provide.
Are all products kept in stock?
No. While we stock a large portion of our product line in our warehouse, not every item is kept in stock at all times.
Some items may be temporarily out of stock due to demand, and others may be made to order or special order items that are produced as needed.
We aim to keep core products consistently available, but availability can vary depending on the item.
Product Details & Expectations
How are products packaged when they arrive?
Most of our products are packaged in bulk according to their unit.
Packaging can vary depending on the item. In some cases, products may be individually packaged.
The standard remains that products are packaged together in their unit, whether that is a bag, box, spool, or roll. We do this to give customers the freedom to sell their items in a way that suits them while also cutting down on single-use packaging waste.
Packaging is typically simple and functional, designed to be cost effective.
If you have specific packaging needs or questions about a product, or would like suggestions on how to sell certain items in your store, you are always welcome to reach out.
Do products come retail-ready or in bulk?
Most of our products are sold in bulk rather than retail-ready packaging.
Some items may come individually packaged, but the standard remains that products are grouped and sold by their unit. This allows for flexibility in how you choose to merchandise and price them in your store.
Our approach is designed to keep costs down, give you control over how products are presented, and help reduce single-use packaging waste.
If you are looking for retail display ideas or packaging suggestions, we are always happy to help.
Can I re-package products for resale?
Yes. You are welcome to repackage products in whatever way best suits your store or business.
Most of our products are sold in bulk specifically to give you flexibility in how you merchandise, price, and present them to your customers.
Many customers choose to package items individually, sell from bins or jars, or create their own retail-ready displays. If you would like suggestions, we are always happy to help.

Do you offer retail display solutions?

How should I price these products in my store?
Pricing is ultimately up to you, but we encourage keeping it simple and consistent.
Many customers choose to price by category rather than by small variations like color, which makes it easier for both you and your customers. It is also important to factor in your total cost, including shipping and the time it takes to package and merchandise the product.
We recommend checking comparable products in your market to stay competitive, while still leaving room for strong margins.
For certain retail display items, we can occasionally suggest pricing as a starting point.
Our goal is to provide pricing that allows you to be flexible and profitable. If you would like guidance on specific items, we are always happy to help.
